Eco Sustainable Solutions Nominated ‘Pioneers’ by REA

Eco Sustainable Solutions has been shortlisted in the UK’s most prestigious renewable energy and clean tech awards 2017, awarded by the Renewable Energy Association (REA).

The awards, this year held in the Savoy Hotel, London, are a celebration and recognition of companies and individuals who have done something amazing in renewables or clean tech sector over the past year.

Eco Sustainable Solutions has been shortlisted for the ‘Pioneers’ award, alongside the National Trust. The award is for organisations in a sector not previously associated with renewables that has now become involved and created a pathway that others can follow.

Commenting on the Awards, Dr. Nina Skorupska CBE, Chief Executive at the Renewable Energy Association said:

“The strength and diversity of this year’s candidates in the face of what was a tumultuous and uncertain market in 2016 highlights the innovation, resilience, and adaptability of the renewable energy and clean tech sectors in Britain.

“2017’s nominees range from battery storage start-ups to British companies deploying decentralised systems in Kenya, from spectacular solar farms to innovative low-carbon transport systems. The shortlist now goes to a prestigious panel of judges for further review.

“Congratulations to all the shortlisted nominees.”
