ISO9001 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems, concentrating on customer focus, a process approach, and continual improvement.
To become ISO 9001 compliant, we formed a team which included a member from each of the key departments within our business to undertake a full evaluation process. This included developing and maintaining a quality management system, a documentation and process review, and a full two-stage audit assessment.
With this certification, we are cementing our quality mission statement, which is to ‘continually enhance product quality and exceed the highest standards of service and supply’. It seamlessly complements our existing ISO14001, PAS100, and PAS110 certifications, affirming the robustness of our environmental and quality protocols, and reaffirming our ability to deliver top-tier sustainable products and services. Moreover, it ensures our dedication to our customers’ needs, providing a platform for feedback and continuous improvement.
Maintaining the quality standard of ISO9001 helps us reduce business risks, as well as enhancing productivity and ensuring consistency. Most importantly, while always complying with the regulations and required specifications for our products, it will push us at Eco to continually look for ways to improve and provide the best possible standard of products and services to our customers.
We are excited to showcase the culmination of our hard work in achieving this certification!
