Trelawney founded Eco Sustainable Solutions in 1993. Trelawney is in charge of developing the strategic direction of the company and overseeing the weekly, monthly and annual targets.
Peter manages the sales team to achieve the highest value for wastes in and products out across all four depots. Another key element to Peter's role is to explore new opportunities within the recycling and waste sectors.
Justin is responsible for ensuring that all 4 recycling facilities are operating efficiently. This involves; meeting with the various site and technical managers on a daily basis, focusing on process improvements and conforming to all legislative requirements.
Jon has held the position of Financial Director for almost a year. Coming from the Financial Controller position, Jon has an indepth knowledge of the company and will be overseeing all company finances and managing the finance team.
Marks responsibilities include making sure our operations are not disturbing the local community, environment and also protecting the welfare and safety of the workforce.
Rob works within the transportation department at Eco. Rob is responsible for managing a team of professional hauliers to represent the company in delivering a first class service.
Michelle is responsible for sales invoicing and credit control. She uses her excellent communication and numerical skills to ensure all payments to Eco are processed correctly.
Mark's main responsibilities include assisting with the operation of the Parley Site on a day-to-day basis. Mark has to ensure the site runs effectively and safely. This includes product quality control, trouble shooting and the coordination of site operators.
Shane works within the operations team, as the CHP Supervisor he is responsible for the professional and efficient operating and maintaining of Eco's Combined Heat & Power facility and associated plant and equipment.
Patryk has been with Eco since 2007 and is the newly appointed Site Manager at Parley. His main responsibilities include; ensuring the Parley facility is operating efficiently, managing the operational team and conforming to all legisaltive requirements.
Hayley Baker started at Eco as a Business Account Handler but is now Sales Office Supervisor. Her responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing a number of Eco accounts and supervising the daily running in our busy office.
Luke Toomer, Weymouth Site Supervisor, has worked in the waste industry for more than eight years.
His new role includes managing the site and maintaining the high standards at Eco Weymouth.
Nicola has been with the Eco Team for sometime now and will be stepping into the position of Financial Controller. Her responsibilities are to ensure the finance department runs effectively and efficiently by supporting with the day-to-day financial issues including; banking, taxation and statutory requirements.
Sam Percy has recently joined the Eco Team and is our Renewable Engineering Manager. Sam has extensive experience in senior engineering management and project planning with a demonstrated history of working within the military industry.
Shaun joined the Eco team as a Business Account Handler. He has worked in a number of roles within the waste industry and is looking forward to bringing his experience and expertise to Eco and the team.
Lauren has joined the operations team as a full time Weighbridge Operator. We are pleased to welcome Lauren to the team and we look forward to seeing the value she will bring to our customer relationships and service provision.
Gabrielle has recently joined the Eco Team as a Business Account Handler. Her responsibilities include processing orders, managing a number of Eco accounts and supporting the daily administration of the office.
