Meet Our Team
I founded Eco Sustainable Solutions in 1993. Today I’m responsible for developing the strategic direction of the company and overseeing the weekly, monthly and annual targets.
I support and develop a team of Managers to help deliver efficient, effective and professional operations of Eco’s three processing facilities, as well as working with fellow board members to strategically develop the company. I have worked in many capacities within the business from litter picking to marketing, and have recently completed an MBA.
I have been working in the recycling and renewable sectors for over 25 years. At the start of my career I was responsible for loading machinery with a hand shovel & now I’m Commercial Director at Eco and responsible for identifying new market opportunities while working alongside the sales and marketing team to ensure Eco delivers first class customer service.
I am the Finance Director at Eco and during my time here I have built up significant knowledge of the company and oversee all the company finances and general business issues. I joined Eco having trained and qualified with a top 10 UK accountancy practice, during which time I enjoyed a two-month secondment in Boston, US; and a four-month secondment to Sydney, Australia.
I am responsible for ensuring that Eco considers its Environment, and the Safety and wellbeing of all Team Eco members, throughout all decision-making processes. As well as ensuring that Eco is compliant with EHS legislation and a promote a positive EHS culture throughout the business.
I am the sales team leader responsible for the sales team and providing customers with excellent service. I work within the sales office and ensure orders run smoothly and deal with any challenges the sale team come up against in a professional, fair and efficient manner. I also look after our Facebook and other Social Media platforms which keep our staff and customers up to date with everything Eco.
I work alongside the sales team leader efficiently and effectively managing and maintaining an account base of existing customers, along with identifying new opportunities. I have worked in several roles within the waste industry for much of my career to date.
I am an account handler within the sales team and would be one of the first people you meet coming into the sales office or speaking with over the phone. I’m responsible for looking after key accounts and providing a high level of customer service to visitors and customers at Eco. I have a degree within Agriculture and often bring my knowledge from that education into Eco.
I will be one of the first people you will meet coming into sales office at Eco or when you call. I enjoy looking after many accounts and building rapport and proving customers with a high level of service both face to face and over the phone. I have a level 3 diploma in Special effects and try to bring that creative and fun side into Eco.
I work within the transportation department at Eco and I have responsibility for managing a team of professional hauliers to represent the company in delivering a first-class service.
My responsibilities are to ensure the finance department runs effectively and efficiently by supporting with the day-to-day financial issues including banking, statutory requirements, internal processes and ensuring that the finance department provides a good service to our internal and external customers.
I am responsible for all aspects of the sales invoicing process, from raising/checking invoices, through queries, credit control and to payment receipt processing. I use my excellent communication and numerical skills to ensure all payments to Eco are processed in an accurate and timely manner. In addition I am responsible for the offices and this covers anything from cleaner management to arranging office parties.
I am responsible for all aspects of the purchase invoice system, from receipt of invoice, through entry into our accounts system, distribution for authorisation, resolution of queries, and to payment run compilation. My aim is to ensure all supplier invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
I am the Site Manager at Parley. My main responsibilities include; ensuring the Parley facility is operating efficiently, managing the operational team and conforming to all legislative requirements.
My main responsibilities include assisting with the operation of the Parley Site on a day-to-day basis and ensuring the site runs efficiently and professionally. This includes product quality control, trouble shooting and the coordination of site operators.
I am responsible for repair, maintenance and technical support across all sites. I have extensive experience in senior engineering management and project planning with a demonstrated history of working within the military.
I work within the operations team, as the CHP team leader and I am responsible for the professional and efficient operating and maintaining of Eco's Combined Heat & Power facility and associated plant and equipment.
I manage and maintain the efficient transfer of organic recyclable materials to be made into landscaping products and renewable energy fuel. As well as the sale of our extensive landscaping products from our Weymouth depot.
