Organics recycling firm Eco Sustainable Solutions has announced new roles for two of its longest-serving staff.

Peter Hardy has been appointed Sales Manager while Justin Dampney is made Business Development Manager.

Eco, which was named Dorset Company of the Year last November, has also appointed Nick Hitch (pictured right) as Sales Executive.

Peter has worked in the recycling industry for more than 16 years and held a number of posts with Eco including Operations Manager and Major Contracts Manager.

Justin has worked for Eco for several years, including as Wood and Soil Supervisor. His new role involves overseeing all marketing activities as well as developing future markets for products derived from waste wood.

Nick was a self employed builder for more than 20 years before joining Hanson Aggregates as a Sales Manager covering Dorset, Somerset and Wilts.

Founded in 1994, Eco annually processes 150,000 tonnes of material on its 14-acre site at Parley, Dorset. End products include turf, enriched topsoil, compost and woodchip. The company employs 32 staff.
